Training opportunities
It is within the Central Bank of Malta’s culture to continuously invest in the development of our staff.
The Bank annually formulates a Training and Development Programme that supports employees to achieve their full potential and by helping them build the necessary set of skills and competencies required to work at a professional level.
Most training courses are facilitated in-house by senior bank staff or outsourced to local or foreign training organisations.
