Recruitment channels
Vacancies at the Bank are normally first advertised internally. All calls include job and skill requirements. If no suitable internal applicants are found, an external recruitment process is activated and the vacancies are advertised in the media and on the Bank’s website.
The selection process normally includes a written assessment or a presentation to an independent panel and an interview both to be undertaken in English. Successful candidates will undergo a medical examination before offered the position.
All appointments are subject to a probation period as stipulated in the Employment and Industrial Relations Act Cap. 452.
