Real Estate
The Real Estate Data Template is intended to cover all loans, including bank overdrafts, that are related to real estate, i.e. all loans granted to finance real estate, and also loans granted to finance assets other than real estate but are backed by real estate. Data is collected on a quarterly basis.
The Template is catering for the following requirements:
- The CBM Survey on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Lending Practices
- CBM Directive 16 on Borrower Based Measures (BBM)
- The information required for the calculation of the property price index (until 2020Q3 collected through the BR06)
- The ESRB Recommendation on closing real estate data gaps
