Stefan Scerri is a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Stability Surveillance and Research Department of the Central Bank of Malta. He has been actively involved in a wide range of analytical and research projects aimed at identifying and assessing emerging financial risks. His work spans both domestic and international dimensions, including the analysis of macro-financial developments, market dynamics, and structural vulnerabilities within the Maltese banking sector. He has also been engaged in the assessment of climate-related financial risks, contributing to the Bank's efforts to understand the implications of environmental and transition risks on financial stability. Mr Scerri completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Malta and holds a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance.
