Post Consultation Report on the amendments made to the Central Bank of Malta Act and Directive No 15 on ‘Supervision of Credit Reference Agencies’
The Central Bank of Malta (the Bank) published today a Post Consultation Report on the amendments made to the Central Bank of Malta Act and Directive No 15 on the 'Supervision of Credit Reference Agencies'. The Report included the position adopted by the Bank in response to feedback received by interested stakeholder in the industry, professionals and associations, which closed on 4 February 2019.
The amendments to the Central Bank of Malta Act will be sent to Parliament for their endorsement and approval, whilst Directive No 15 on the Supervision of Credit Reference Agencies will be issued on the Central Bank of Malta website in due course.
