Code of Ethics and other policies
This Code of Ethics gives guidance in matters of professional ethics to all persons employed by the Central Bank of Malta and serves as a reference with regard to the standard of conduct that third parties are entitled to expect in their dealings with the Central Bank of Malta. The Code draws on, and is without prejudice to, the terms of individual contracts of the employees, the Conditions of Employment, the Rules and Orders and other relevant policies of the Bank.

Policy on the Prevention of Abuse of Insider Information
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the framework for appropriate behaviour by all employees of the Central Bank of Malta in respect of matters concerning insider information and to protect both individual members of the staff and the Bank as a whole.
