Liam Micallef is an Economist in the Economic Projections & Conjunctural Analysis Office of the Central Bank of Malta. He forms part of the Bank's business dialogue team and the macroeconomic projections team. Mr Micallef is a member of the ECB's Working Group on Forecasting and its expert groups on potential output. He is also responsible for analysing the external sector and developments in the balance of payments. He holds degrees in economics from the University of Malta.
