John Farrugia is a Senior Economist within the Economic Analysis Department at the Central Bank of Malta. Mr Farrugia has years of experience in assessing government finances and public debt sustainability. He is also involved in the Bank’s fiscal forecast exercise. Mr Farrugia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Economics and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Malta.
