Annaliese Mifsud is a Senior Economist within the Economic Analysis Department at the Central Bank of Malta. She has contributed to the Bank’s publications in various topics, including sentiment indicators, the labour market, and the external environment. In her current role, she forms part of the Fiscal Affairs and Reports team, with her main area of focus being the tourism sector. Ms Mifsud is also responsible for assessing developments in the money and capital markets. She holds economic degrees from the University of Malta.
